There are several easy ways that you can translate your documents from
Microsoft Office or PDF format from one language to another.
For example, you can upload documents to the website of Google translation, select the language translation pair and click the Translate button. Then there is the Translator Toolkit, on the stability of Google, which can be translated not only documents but also edit the translated material. Microsoft also offers a free utility that provides translation capabilities right at all existing Office programs (including Outlook e-mails).
There is however one limitation must be considered. While the Google Translate website has an affair with one click to translate long documents, which preserves the formatting of your documents / presentations and makes them almost text after translation.
If you want your translated document to look like the original in format refers to Doc Translator a chance. The user interface is horrible, but the tool is very useful. Loading a document, select a target language and within a minute or so, that will translate the entire text of that document in the required language, preserving the document formatting.
To give an example, here is the original document in English and Hindi translation of the document. Comparing the two, only the text has changed, while all styles are preserved. DocTranslater own internally uses Google Translate, and therefore compatible with all language pairs that are compatible with Google Translate.
You can use the tool to convert PDF files, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, video subtitles, OpenOffice documents and plain text files. Here's a video demonstration of the translation tool in action.
